WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Thanks for taking a chance on my stories! The ebooks are delivered via email from BookFunnel. The email will be sent as soon as the purchase is completed. If you do not see it, check your spam folder as it may have gone in there.
You can also find the ebooks you purchased directly from me by going to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login name. BookFunnel has great service if you need help downloading your books.
For physical books, you will receive a tracking # once shipped. All boxes are mailed USPS Priority Mail in the US and can be tracked. I do my best to get boxes to the post office as soon as possible (within 1-3 days), but please allow 5-10 days.
CAN I READ ON MY E-READER?
Bookfunnel does allow you to send the ebooks to your preferred e-reader or app via email. It is a fairly simple process. If you have any issues, you can reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com and they are ready and willing to assist you. The BookFunnel app is easy and free.
IS THERE A SPECIFIC ORDER TO READ?
The FOR THE LOVE OF SPORTS series books are standalones
The DREAM PREP ACADEMY series are also standalones, but if you want to follow the school year in order, there is a suggested reading order of:

CAN I RETURN THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS?
Since they are digital products and as soon as they are emailed to you, I can't get them back and do not offer returns on the ebooks. I also do not offer returns for personalized paperbacks. I hope you understand.
THE CODES HAVE EXPIRED
Once BookFunnel sends the codes, you have 14 days before the codes expire. You have the books forever, don't worry. You can either reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com to request new codes. Or you can go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login. There you will find all the books you have purchased under that email.
IT SAYS OUT OF STOCK FOR PHYSICAL BOOKS
If physical products are out of stock, I am ordering more to have on hand and sign. It can take a few weeks for books to be delivered to me when I place an order for printed ones. Thank you for your patience! They should be back soon!
WHAT TYPE OF BOOKS DOES CHRISSY WRITE?
At this time, I only write young adult romance books with no spice. That means the main characters in the books are older teens (usually 17 and 18) and my books contain no sex, no strong language, and no unnecessary violence. There is nothing happening behind closed doors with the main characters. The romance in the book is just kisses only. Think PG and Hallmark style.
WHAT AGES CAN READ CHRISSY'S BOOKS?
I suggest 12 and older for my books, but final call is up to the parent and/or teen reading the book.
WHERE CAN I FIND CHRISSY'S OTHER BOOKS?
Some of my ebooks, such as "Rebel with a Donut" and "Spare and Heir," are exclusive to Amazon and Kindle Unlimited. If you would like to see them in this direct store, please let me know, and if there is enough interest I may remove them from being exclusive. Get information on all my books at my author website.
